The Willmar WarHawks are thrilled to announce that Logan Woods has tendered with the team.
Woods, 18, 5’10” / 165lb forward, from West Bend, WI started his 2024-2025 season playing 4 games with the Willmar WarHawks. He also had 8 games with the Wisconsin Windigo 18U AAA of the NAPHL and then played 24 games for West Bend Ice Bears High School Varsity boys hockey team. He had 33 G/ 30 A/ for 63 points, averaging 2.6 points per game for his high school team this past season.
“Really thrilled to have Logan a part of the WarHawks family,” Head Coach Payton Ruter said about Woods. “Logan played a few games and practiced with us last year, so he already knows our expectations here. We have high hopes for Logan to fill a big role and be an offensive threat for us next season.”
“I am extremely excited to get to continue my hockey career into Juniors with the WarHawks. It seems like the right place for me after I got to see a glimpse of what being a WarHawk means, playing a few games with them last season!” Woods said about tendering with the WarHawks.
The WarHawks organization is excited to have Woods part of the team for the upcoming 2025-226 season.
