The Willmar WarHawks of the NA3HL are pleased to announce that forward Jordan Fjosne has committed to play ACHA Division I hockey at Lawrence Technological University in Southfield, MI.
Fjosne, 20, is in his second and final season with the WarHawks. The 6’/165 lb. native of Moose Lake, MN, has 10 points (8 goals, 2 assists) in 27 games this season.
Overall, in two NA3HL seasons, he has appeared in 38 games and recorded 12 points.
“LTU Hockey programs welcomes forward Jordan Fjosne from the Willmar WarHawks. Jordan will be a nice addition, adding a range of abilities that will help LTU continue its progress among the nation’s best D1 programs. In addition to Jordan’s skill set he has been a part of the Willmar WarHawks program for two years that continues to compete at the highest level and develops competitive hockey players,” stated LTU’s Head Coach Ken Gaffney.
“We are extremely excited for Jordan. He is a player who truly loves the game and loves being the rink every day. He’s been a joy to coach these past two years and I know he will do extremely well at LTU,” added WarHawks Head Coach Kirk Olimb.
