WarHawks Defensemen Brady O’Brien makes NCAA Div. III Commitment

The Willmar WarHawks of the NA3HL are pleased to announce that Captain and Defensemen Brady O’Brien has committed to play NCAA Division III hockey for Concordia College in Moorhead, MN.

O’Brien 20, 5’10 / 190lb. Defensemen from White Bear Lake, MN. Just finished his 2nd and final season of junior hockey with a junior career stat of 58 points, 8 goals and 50 assists in 92 total games. Brady proved his motivation with development, returning for his 2nd season and doubling his total points in a season with 39 points (6 goals, 33 assists) in 47 games along with a call up to the Chippewa Steel (NAHL)

O’Brien began his junior hockey career by joining the WarHawks for the 20-21 season after playing for White Bear Lake High School where he also served as captain.

“Brady is a phenomenal leader and player to have with us these last 2 seasons. Such a solid presence defensively, also playing all situations for us through his time here. We look forward to seeing him perform at the next level as a Cobber” stated WarHawks Head Coach Connor White.

The WarHawks congratulate Brady O’Brien on his college commitment to Concordia (MN) joining former WarHawks head coach Kirk Olimb and teammate Ben Luedtke and wish him all the best as his hockey career continues to move forward.
