Jan 28, 2019

The Willmar Warhawks have made a lot of roster moves this season, including sending now 4 players onto the NAHL to compete in games and earn opportunities for advancement.

With Cameron Knowlton joining the Corpus Christi Ice Rays for practice last week and their trip to Alaska this week, the trend of upward movement continues in Willmar.

Knowlton joins Hunter Hall and Marquez Ginger (Brookings Blizzard) and AJ Martinelli (Northeast Generals) as Willmar Warhawks who have earned spots in the lineup at the NAHL level.

The ladder of development and advancement is definitely in place for those that take advantage of their training and opportunities. In addition to these players, Eli Slagter, Lucas Ehrlich, Nelson Schiiler and Brandon Holt have all practiced at the NAHL level this season with either Brookings, Janesville, Aberdeen or Topeka.
