The Willmar WarHawks of the NA3HL are pleased to announce that Forward Nolan Rasmussen has committed to play hockey for Aquinas College!
Rasmussen, 20, 5’10” / 185lb winger from St Louis, MO is finishing his 2nd season with the Willmar WarHawks. Rasmussen came to the WarHawks last season from the Boston Jr Bruins of the USPHL.
“I’ve played juniors in a few different spots and Willmar has far and away been my favorite. The two groups I have played with here have been the two tightest teams I’ve ever been apart of. I would like to thank God, all my former teammates, coaches and most importantly my parents for all the support and sacrifices over the years. Also would like to thank the WarHawks staff and fans for their support in all that we do. There is nothing better than playing in front of a packed civic center on a Friday night. It makes the whole experience worth it.” Rasmussen said about his time here with the WarHawks.
“So proud of Nolan,” Head Coach and GM Payton Ruter said. “I know how hard he’s been working toward playing college hockey, now it’s his reality. Rass is the perfect teammate, hardest worker and a glue guy that every team needs.”
