The Willmar WarHawks are very excited to announce that Blake Couet has tendered with the team.
Couet, 18, 5’10” / 174lb defenseman, from Eden Prairie, MN. In his 2024-2025 season he played 25 games for the Eden Prairie Eagles High School Varsity boys hockey team. He had 1 G/ 9 A/ for 10 points.
“I absolutely love Blake’s game. He’s an effortless skater that plays with jam,” Head Coach Payton Ruter said about Couet. “Physical, hard nose defenseman that can see the ice and make plays. Very excited about Blake!”
“I’m excited to play at Willmar because of the great coaching and fan base,” Couet said about tendering with the WarHawks.
The WarHawks organization is excited to have Couet part of the team for the upcoming 2025-2026 season.
