The Willmar WarHawks of the NA3HL are pleased to announce that Forward Collin Kerchoff has committed to play NCAA Division III hockey for Concordia University (WI) of the NCHA Conference

Kerchoff 20, 5’10 / 165lb. Left Winger from White Lake, MI. Just finished his 2nd full season of junior hockey with a NA3HL career stat of 65 points, 21 goals and 34 assists in 74 total games. Collin came in and contributed early and often for the WarHawks posting up over a point per game 44 points (14 goals and 30 assist) in 41 regular season games. More than doubling his output just a season ago. Kerchoff also was chosen and played at the Top Prospects Tournament during the 20-21 season

Collin began his junior hockey career in the NAHL after signing a tender with and playing for the Chippewa Steel for the 19-20 season before returning to further his development with Belle Tire 18U. He followed up the 20-21 season by joining the El Paso Rhinos in the NA3HL before being acquired by the WarHawks prior to the start of the 21-22 season.

“Collin was a player we were familiar with prior to his start here in Willmar and acquiring him with what we felt of our team needs were, seemed like a no brainer. He fit in well with our group both on and off the ice. He used his experience to play smart hockey, making plays while also getting it done defensively. We look forward to seeing Collin make the jump and contribute as a Falcon at Concordia Univ. (WI)” stated Head Coach Connor White

The WarHawks congratulate Collin on his college commitment to Concordia Univ. (WI) and wish him all the best as his hockey career continues to move forward.
