The Willmar Warhawks are excited to announce Military Appreciation Night, to be held during their Saturday, November 30th home game vs. The Granite City Lumberjacks.
The team will be wearing specialty military jerseys which will be auctioned off following the game. There will also be local current and retired military members on hand for the Presentation of Colors, National Anthem and other recognition ceremonies.
If someone in your family serves or has served in the military, and you’d like to have us honor them with a special video presentation during our game, please email mbowman@willmarwarhawks.com with a photo, name, rank, branch, service years and any deployment info. (Year of birth / lifespan if applicable)
All US Military members and Veterans get into the game free by showing current military ID.
