Mar 28, 2018

The Willmar Warhawks recently held their end-of-season banquet, where they recognized individuals for their achievements with the team this season. The players voted on several awards, resulting in the following accolades:

Best Offensive Player – Braden Shea

The team finished 22-21-4 in the regular season, good for a 4th place finish in the league’s strongest division. That earned them a first-round birth against reigning national champion Granite City Lumberjacks, where they fell in two games 4-1 and 9-3. This was the first playoff series for the Willmar Warhawks, who are in their 2nd year of existence in Western Minnesota.

Braden Shea – Best offensive player
